We attach top priority to user privacy protection, adhere to the principle of full user data autonomy, and strictly standardize all data processing behaviors in the app to ensure user information security in all links.
Orbitiv implements an extremely strict minimal data collection standard, and we only process the local images actively uploaded by users for the sole purpose of completing AI generation tasks.
This application does not collect, scan, identify, store or analyze any user facial information, facial features, facial biometric data or face-related feature data in any form.
We will never actively capture user face images through device cameras, will not extract facial contour, facial feature points, skin texture, facial expression and any other facial biological information, and will not retain any face-related data generated during user usage. All operations of the app focus on the pixel and color element analysis of the static images uploaded by users, and there is no any recognition, collection or recording behavior for user facial information.
No facial data, facial feature parameters or face biometric information of any user will be cached, stored or invoked by the application in the background.
In addition, we do not collect users' mobile phone numbers, nicknames, device identity codes, location information, browsing records and other irrelevant personal private data. All data calculation and content generation links are independently controlled and operated by our official service system. There is no data transmission or service docking with any external third-party institutions, platforms or servers, which fundamentally avoids the risk of user data leakage caused by third-party service calls.
